Common use of Your Responsibilities relating to Services Clause in Contracts

Your Responsibilities relating to Services. You will (a) be responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of Your Data and the means by which You acquired Your Data, (b) use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of Services and notify Us promptly of any such unauthorized access or use, (c) not allow users of the Services to share their identification, password, or other authentication token with any other person, (d) use the Services only in accordance with the Documentation and applicable laws and government regulations, and (e) comply with terms of service or other agreements of other applications (web-based, mobilebased or offline) that interoperate with a Service.
