Your Right to Decline Overdraft Tolerance. Any owner of the checking account may decline the service. If you prefer not to have the Service, visit us in a branch, contact us at 000.000.0000, or write to us at OUR Credit Union, 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xx, Xxxxx Xxx, XX 00000, and include your name, member number and a statement that you are declining the Credit Union’s Overdraft Tolerance Service and we will remove the Service from your checking account. If you decline the Service, you will still be charged an NSF Fee for each item returned each time an item is presented for payment and returned unpaid due to an insufficient available balance.
