Your Rights and Obligations. 3.1 Subject to Clauses 2.3 and 2.4 we will initiate any Transfer, Conversion or other action necessary to give effect to Withdrawal Instructions within one (1) Business Day of the date of the receipt of the Withdrawal Instructions. 3.2 We will not initiate any Transfer or Conversion into or out of the Sponsored Holding without your express authority. 3.3 The regulatory regimes which apply to us are outlined in clause 12.1 in Part 1 of this Client Agreement and include the Corporations Act, Market Integrity Rules and any Exchange Rules. You may obtain information as to our status from ASIC, ASX Settlement, ASX Clear, or any Securities Exchange. 3.4 You may lodge a complaint against us or any claim for compensation with ASIC, ASX Settlement, ASX Clear, a Securities Exchange or AFCA.
