Common use of Your Status Clause in Contracts

Your Status. 7.1 You warrant and represent to us that you have the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. In particular, but without limiting the generality of the previous sentence, you warrant and represent to us that: (a) You are at least 18 years of age (or, if higher, the legal age for entering into a legal contract and receiving payments in your jurisdiction); (b) You have a valid, open bank account and Paypal account registered in your own name; and (c) You will provide such information and documentation as we and/or the Brand reasonably require in order to verify your identity and age, including but not limited to a form of photo identification and proof of bank account and/or address.
