The 'Zero Hash Services' clause defines the scope and nature of services provided by Zero Hash, typically in the context of digital asset settlement and custody. Zero Hash Services. The Zero Hash Services may be made available to you via a third-party desktop, mobile, or web application or via the Zero Hash web portal or API, as the case may be. The method through which this Agreement is made available to you, either via a third party or directly from Zero Hash, shall dictate the terms applicable to you as noted below. By registering an Account with Zero Hash either through the Platform (as defined below) or with Zero Hash directly, you will be able to:
(i) purchase and sell cryptocurrencies (a/k/a “virtual currency,” “digital currency,” “digital asset,” and “digital commodity” as defined in Section 8.1 below) in exchange for fiat currencies (“Cryptocurrency Transactions”) through the Stripe Payments Company (“Business”) desktop or mobile application(s) or website(s) (the “Platform”) or through Zero Hash web portal, as the case may be;
(ii) direct Zero Hash to send cryptocurrency from your available Account balance to other Business and Zero Hash joint customers (a “P2P Transaction” as further described below);
(iii) where applicable, receive from Business promotional and marketing cryptocurrency rewards or awards (as further described below);
(iv) store cryptocurrency in one or more Hosted Wallets (as defined below in Section 10.1);
(v) track your Cryptocurrency Transactions, P2P Transactions, and Hosted Wallet balance(s) through the Platform or through the Zero Hash System (as defined below), as applicable;
(vi) if available to you through the Platform, or otherwise, receive certain tax reports for certain taxable transactions (“Tax Reporting Services” as further described below);
(vii) if available to you (A) through the Platform, and (B) in your jurisdiction, “stake” certain cryptocurrencies in a third-party proof-of-stake network (“Staking Services” as further described below);
(viii) if available to you through the Platform, view the sum of all transaction obligations due (“Settlement Services” as further described below); and
(ix) if permitted by the Platform or Zero Hash System, deposit and withdraw supported fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies to and/or from your Account’s Hosted Wallet(s) (with Sections 1.1(i) - (ix) collectively being the “Zero Hash Services” or “Services” herein).
Zero Hash Services. Participant acknowledges and authorizes Zero Hash to, and agrees that Zero Hash shall have the authority to, take all actions it considers necessary or appropriate to, among other things:
1. Establish and enforce the Zero Hash System Protocol;
2. Maintain records of all activities relating to the business of Zero Hash and all activities conducted on the Zero Hash System;
3. Provide information regarding Participant as required under Applicable Law;
4. Perform any other Zero Hash Services;
5. Contract with any qualified third-party services provider for the provision of the Zero Hash Services, subject to Applicable Law;
6. Monitor Participant's use of Zero Hash Services and Participant's use of e-mail and/or instant messaging in connection with its use of Zero Hash Services and may monitor and tape record telephone conversations with Participant concerning its use of Zero Hash. In each case, Participant acknowledges and agrees that Zero Hash may use any resulting information for its internal purposes at its discretion, subject to the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement; and
7. Place Participant's Fiat Currency in a savings account and keep any yield or interest earned on Participant's Fiat Currency.
Zero Hash Services. Zero Hash provides the Zero Hash Services to Participant to support such Participant’s trading on a Transaction Platform. Zero Hash Services may include acting as Calculation Agent, Money Transmitter, and Custodian for both Fiat Currency and Digital Assets. Such Zero Hash Services shall be provided to Participant via the Zero Hash System, through which Participant may provide instructions or initiate other acts in relation to the Zero Hash Services. The Zero Hash Services shall be provided upon the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement below.
Zero Hash Services. By registering an Account with Zero Hash, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, you will be able to: (i) enter into cryptocurrency transactions through the FITEUM OÜ (“Business”) desktop application, mobile application or website(s) (the “Platform”) to purchase supported cryptocurrencies in exchange for U.S. dollars; (ii) sell cryptocurrencies (purchase and sell transactions are referred to herein, collectively, as “Cryptocurrency Trades ”); (ii) direct Zero Hash to send cryptocurrency from your available balance to other Business and Zero Hash joint customers (a “P2P Transaction” (Cryptocurrency Trades and P2P Transactions are collectively “Cryptocurrency Transactions”), (iii) receive Cryptocurrency Transaction confirmations through the Platform; (iv) receive from Business promotional or marketing cryptocurrency rewards or awards; (v) store cryptocurrency in one or more hosted cryptocurrency wallets (“Hosted Wallets” defined further below); and (iv) track your Cryptocurrency Transactions and Hosted Wallet balance(s) through the Platform, (collectively, the “Services”).
Zero Hash Services. By registering an Account with Zero Hash, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, you will be able to: (i) enter into cryptocurrency transactions through Coinmama’s mobile application or website(s) (the “Platform”) to purchase and sell supported cryptocurrencies (purchase and sell transactions are referred to herein, collectively, as “Cryptocurrency Trades ”); (ii) instruct through the Platform the deposit and withdrawal of cryptocurrencies to and from Zero Hash ; (ii) direct Zero Hash, through the Platform, to send cryptocurrency from your available balance to other cryptocurrency Coinmama and Zero Hash joint customers (a “P2P Transaction”. Cryptocurrency Trades and P2P Transactions are collectively “Cryptocurrency Transactions”), (iii) receive Cryptocurrency Transaction confirmations through the Platform; (iv) store cryptocurrency in one or more hosted cryptocurrency wallets (“Hosted Wallets” defined further below); and (iv) track your Cryptocurrency Transactions and Hosted Wallet balance(s) through the Platform, (collectively, the “Services”).
Zero Hash Services. The Zero Hash Services will be made available to you via the Meridian North America, Inc. (“Business”) desktop or mobile application(s) or website(s) (the “Platform”), or, if applicable, directly through the Zero Hash System (defined below). The method through which this Agreement is made available to you, either via a third party or directly from Zero Hash, shall dictate the terms applicable to you as noted below. By registering an Account with Zero Hash either through the Platform , you will, if permitted by the Platform, be able to:
(i) deposit and withdraw supported fiat currencies to and/or from your Account;
(ii) engage in fiat currency transfers or other transactions using fiat currency, as applicable (“Transactions”) through the Platform, including sending fiat currency from your available Account balance to: (a) a designated recipient and outside of Zero Hash’s control (“Remittance Services” as further described below); and/or (b) other Business and Zero Hash joint customers (a “P2P Transaction” as further described below);
(iii) track your Transactions and Account balance(s) through the Platform;
(iv) if available to you through the Platform, fund or receive funds from your Account via ACH transfers (“ACH Services” as further described below); and
(v) view the sum of all Transaction obligations due (“Settlement Services” as further described below) (with Sections 1.1(i) - (v) collectively being the “Services” herein).
Zero Hash Services. By registering an Account with Zero Hash, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, you will be able to: (i) enter into cryptocurrency transactions through the Currency Com US LLC (“Business”) desktop application, mobile application or website(s) (the “Platform”) to purchase supported cryptocurrencies in exchange for U.S. dollars; (ii) sell cryptocurrencies (purchase and sell transactions are referred to herein, collectively, as “Cryptocurrency Trades ”); (ii) direct Zero Hash to send cryptocurrency from your available balance to other Business and Zero Hash joint customers (a “P2P Transaction”. Cryptocurrency Trades and P2 Transactions are collectively “Cryptocurrency Transactions”), (iii) receive Cryptocurrency Transaction confirmations through the Platform; (iv) store cryptocurrency in one or more hosted cryptocurrency wallets (“Hosted Wallets” defined further below); and (iv) track your Cryptocurrency Transactions and Hosted Wallet balance(s) through the Platform, (collectively, the “Services”).
