Common use of Zoning Compliance Permit Clause in Contracts

Zoning Compliance Permit. The term “Zoning Compliance Permit” or “ZCP” shall mean an administrative permit issued by the town manager authorizing the recipient to make use of existing buildings in accord with the requirements of the Land Use Management Ordinance as of the effective date of this Agreement.
