On June 22, 2009, concurrently with the approval of this Agreement, the Town Council rezoned the portion of the Carolina North Tract located within the Town’s planning and zoning jurisdiction to the University-1 (U-1) zoning district. The development allowed pursuant to this Agreement is consistent with the currently existing provisions of the U-1 zoning district and all other applicable provisions of the Town of Chapel Hill Land Use Management Ordinance (hereinafter “LUMO”).
