ОБСТОЯТЕЛЬСТВА НЕПРЕОДОЛИМОЙ СИЛЫ. Under no circumstances the Parties may be held liable for breaches or delays in the execution of this Agreement which are due to one of the cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances under Russian law, including but not limited to events due to or action taken by any government or administrative authority, fire, flood, act of God, embargo, war, insurrection, general strike, pandemic.
