ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРУ. The client shall give and the the bank shall accept from the client funds in the amount of     (hereinafter referred to as the deposit) for a specified period of storage and at interest on the terms established by this Agreement. Definition of term “interest” in the following Agreement is equal to term “interest”, which is used in Civil code of Ukraine.
