STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of August 29, 2018 (this “Agreement”), by and among Susan Santage, an individual (the “Principal”), Wei-Hsien Lin, an individual (the “Purchaser”), and Yummies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”).
