ATENTO LUXCO 1, a public limited liability company (société anonyme) incorporated and existing under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with its registered office at 1, rue Hildegard Von Bingen, L-1282 Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Register of Commerce and Companies (R.C.S.
