This Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement (together with the schedules attached hereto, this "Agreement") of CHEC Funding, LLC (the "Company"), dated as of March 10, 2000 (the "Effective Date"), is entered into by Centex Credit Corporation, a Nevada corporation d/b/a Centex Home Equity Corporation ("CHEC") as the sole economic member of the Company and Lord Securities Corporation, as the special member of the Company.
