JACKSON NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY®, on its own behalf and on behalf of its separate accounts, through which Contracts may be issued, (“Insurer”); and JACKSON NATIONAL LIFE DISTRIBUTORS LLC (member FINRA formerly known as the NASD), a registered broker/dealer (“Distributor”).
