This Registration Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of June 2, 2022, by and between Eco Innovation Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Coventry Enterprises, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with it permitted assigns, the “Investor”) (the Company and Investor each a “Party” and together the “Parties”).
