This Subscription Agreement is entered into as of January 17, 2023, between Scott R. Silverman, an individual whose principal residence is at the address set forth on the signature page hereto (hereinafter “Subscriber”), and C-Bond Systems, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Company”) concerning an investment in the amount set forth on the signature page hereto (the “Common Stock”).
