The undersigned understands that you, as representative (the “Representative”), propose to enter into an Underwriting Agreement (the “Underwriting Agreement”), on behalf of the several Underwriters named in Schedule I to such agreement (collectively, the “Underwriters”), with Silver State Bancorp, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), providing for a public offering (the “Offering”) of the Company’s common stock, $0.001 par value (the “Common Stock”), pursuant to a Registration Statement on Form S-1 (Registration No. 333-142110) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
