Hagan, Facsimile: 215/706-5325 (the “LLC”) and NewSpring Ventures, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, having an address at 500 North Gulph Road, Suite 500, King of Prussia, PA 19406, Attention: Managing Partner, Facsimile: 610/567-2388 (“NSV”; together with the LLC, collectively, the “Stockholders”).
