This investment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of December 31, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between BiondVax Pharmaceuticals Ltd., of 14 Einstein Street, Nes-Ziona 74140, Israel (the “Company”), and AngelsInvestments in Hi Tech Ltd., having its business offices at ____________ (“Investor”).
