THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) of Texas Industries Holdings, LLC (the “Company”), dated as of June 17, 2005, is executed, agreed to and adopted by Texas Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Industries”), the sole member hereof, and the Company.
