This AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER AND REORGANIZATION, is made and entered into as of June 28, 2024 (this “Agreement”), by and among Trustfeed Corp., a Nevada corporation (“Parent”), Polomar Acquisition, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company (“Merger Sub”) and a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent, and Polomar Specialty Pharmacy, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Company”). THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective as of 21st day of March 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between (a) Trustfeed Corp.
