CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of August 26, 2004, among Secunda International Limited, a corporation existing under the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada, as borrower (the “Borrower”), each Subsidiary Guarantor, Fortis Capital Corp.
