BAKER, whose mailing address is 41 Sutter #1075, San Francisco, California 94104 (“Mr. Baker” together with Mr. Abrams, the “Sellers”), and ROSE WASTE SYSTEMS, INC., a California “C” corporation (the “Buyer”).
