ORGANIZATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of March 10, 2005, by and among (A) the commodity pools (each, a “Member” and, collectively, the “Members”) signatory from time to time hereto, each of which (i) has as its sole managing owner or trading manager (or its functional equivalent in another type of entity) Preferred Investment Solutions Corp. (“Preferred”), a “commodity pool operator” registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “CFTC”), and (ii) intends to open a trading account managed pursuant to the Global Diversified at 150% Leverage program of Graham Capital Management, L.P. (“Graham”) and (B) Preferred, not as a Member, but for the limited purposes set forth herein.

This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) between UBS Securities LLC (“UBS-S LLC”) and World Monitor Trust III - Series J (“Customer”) shall govern the purchase and sale by UBS-S LLC of certain futures contracts, options thereon and options contracts for the account and risk of Customer through one or more accounts carried by UBS-S LLC on behalf and in the name of Customer (collectively, the “Account”), as more fully described below.

This FX PRIME BROKERAGE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of April 9, 2007, by and between UBS AG (“UBS”) and World Monitor Trust III – Series J (“Customer”), a Delaware statutory trust organized in series (“Company”), and sets forth certain terms and conditions relating to the establishment of a facility (the “Facility”) through which the Customer, acting by and through Ortus Capital Management (Cayman) Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“Trading Advisor”), except as otherwise indicated, who is acting as the agent of said Customer (and not in the Trading Advisor’s individual capacity) may trade foreign exchange transactions with various Dealers.

This FX PRIME BROKERAGE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of November 29, 2005 by and between UBS AG (“UBS”) and WMT III Series G/J Trading Vehicle LLC (“Customer”), a Delaware limited liability company organized in series (“Company”), and sets forth certain terms and conditions relating to the establishment of a facility (the “Facility”) through which the Customer, acting by and through Graham Capital Management L.P. a limited partnership organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Trading Advisor”), except as otherwise indicated, who is acting as the agent of said Customer (and not in the Trading Advisor’s individual capacity) may trade foreign exchange transactions with various Dealers.
