Sublandlord, as tenant, entered into a lease with Gordon, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, as landlord ("Prime Landlord") dated April 1, 2003, leasing certain space in a building located at 454 North 34th Street, Seattle, Washington ("Building"), to which lease reference is hereby made as if the same were herein set forth at length and which lease is hereinafter referred to as the "Prime Lease," Exhibit A.
