THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of November 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between AEI INCOME & GROWTH FUND 26 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”) and DWIGHT E.
