THIS POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, dated as of June 1, 2005, is hereby executed by and among CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., as depositor (the “Depositor”), DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC. (“DLJMC”), as seller (in such capacity, the “Seller”), WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as master servicer (in such capacity, the “Master Servicer”), as a servicer (in such capacity, a “Servicer”), as back-up servicer (in such capacity, the “Back-Up Servicer”) and as trust administrator (in such capacity, the “Trust Administrator”), SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC. (“SPS”), as a servicer (in such capacity, a “Servicer”), GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.
