This Option Agreement is made and entered into as of May _____ , 2008 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Community Bankers Acquisition, LLC (the “Optiongrantor”) and the undersigned optionholder (the “Optionholder”). Reference is also made to that certain Stock Escrow Agreement (the “Initial Escrow Agreement”), dated as of June 8, 2006, by and between Community Bankers Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”), Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, as escrow agent (the "Escrow Agent”), and the Optiongrantor, Gary A.
