This is the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of November 21, 2005 (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement” or “Agreement”), among RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., as the company (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the “Company”), GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, as servicer (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the “Servicer”), and DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, a banking association organized under the laws of the United States, as Trustee (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the “Trustee”).
