This certifies that Credit Suisse First Boston LLC is the registered owner of the Percentage Interest evidenced by this Class C Certificate (obtained by dividing the Denomination of this Class C Certificate by the Original Notional Amount) in certain distributions with respect to a Trust consisting primarily of the Mortgage Loans deposited by Long Beach Securities Corp. (the “Depositor”).
