THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED OWNER TRUST AGREEMENT, dated as of December 8, 2005, is entered into by and among FBR SECURITIZATION, INC., a Delaware corporation, as depositor (the “Depositor”), WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, a Delaware banking corporation, as owner trustee (the “Owner Trustee”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, as securities administrator (the “Securities Administrator”).
