This Pooling and Servicing Agreement, effective as of December 1, 2005, among RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., as depositor (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Depositor"), RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CORPORATION, as master servicer (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Master Servicer"), and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., a banking association organized under the laws of the United States, as trustee (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Trustee").
