This Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 1, 2006 (this “Agreement”), is by and among WaMu Asset Acceptance Corp., as depositor (the “Company”), Washington Mutual Bank, as Servicer, LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee, and Christiana Bank & Trust Company, as Delaware Trustee. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Article I hereof.
