This Pooling and Servicing Agreement, effective as of April 1, 2006, among RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, as the depositor (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Depositor"), RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CORPORATION, as master servicer (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Master Servicer"), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a banking association organized under the laws of the United States, as trustee (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Trustee").
