This Agreement is entered into this 28th day of February, 2006, by and between Mint Capital Corp., an Ontario corporation having its offices at 156 Front Street West, Suite 300, Toronto, Ontario M5J 2L6 ("Mint"), and La Buick Financial Group Incorporated.
