THIS SERVICING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), entered into as of the 1st day of January, 2006, by and among UBS REAL ESTATE SECURITIES INC., a Delaware corporation (“UBS”), in its capacity as seller (the “Seller”), Cenlar FSB, as servicer (the “Servicer”) and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as master servicer (the “Master Servicer”), recites and provides as follows:

This AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO is made this 9th day of May, 2006, by and between AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE CORP., having an address at 538 Broadhollow Road, Melville, New York 11747 (the “Company”), and UBS REAL ESTATE SECURITIES INC., having an address at 1285 Avenue of the Americas, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10019 (the “Purchaser”), to the Master Seller’s Purchase, Warranties and Interim Servicing Agreement dated as of May 1, 2005, as amended by Amendment Number One, dated as of October 18, 2005 (collectively, the “Agreement”), each by and between the Company and the Purchaser.
