This Pooling and Servicing Agreement, effective as of December 1, 2006, among RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., as the depositor (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Depositor"), RESIDENTIAL FUNDING COMPANY, LLC, as master servicer (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Master Servicer"), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a banking association organized under the laws of the United States, as trustee and supplemental interest trust trustee (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Trustee" and the "Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee", respectively).
