This Pooling and Servicing Agreement is dated as of November 1, 2006 (the “Agreement”), among CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., a Delaware corporation, as depositor (the “Depositor”), THORNBURG MORTGAGE HOME LOANS, INC., a Delaware corporation, as seller (the “Seller”), WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., a national banking association, as master servicer (in such capacity, the “Master Servicer”) and as securities administrator (in such capacity, the “Securities Administrator”), WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, a Delaware banking corporation, as Delaware trustee (the “Delaware Trustee”) and LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, as trustee (in such capacity, the “Trustee”) and custodian (in such capacity, the “Custodian”).
