This Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of December 1, 2006 (this “Agreement”), is by and among WaMu Asset Acceptance Corp., as depositor (the “Company”), Washington Mutual Bank, as Servicer, LaSalle Bank National Association, as trustee and supplemental interest trust trustee, and Christiana Bank & Trust Company, as Delaware trustee. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Article I hereof.
