FOURTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of November 21, 2007 (the “Fourth Supplemental Indenture”), between WACHOVIA CORPORATION, a North Carolina corporation (the “Company”), having its principal office at 301 South College Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28288, and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as trustee (hereinafter called the “Trustee”).
