GS Mortgage Securities Corp. (the “Company”) proposes to cause GSAA Home Equity Trust 2007-S1 (the “Trust”) to issue its Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-S1 (the “Certificates”), pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 1, 2007 (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”), by and among the Company, as depositor, Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, as a servicer (“SLS”), Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, as a servicer (“Ocwen”), Avelo Mortgage, L.L.C., as a servicer (“Avelo” and together with SLS and Ocwen, the “Servicers”), Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as master servicer (the “Master Servicer”), U.S. Bank National Association, as a custodian, and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee (the “Trustee”), and proposes to sell to Goldman, Sachs & Co.
