THIS AGREEMENT is made effective as of this 30th day of November, 2009, by and between Kattegat Ltd., a British Virgin Islands corporation (“Kattegat” or “Assignor”), Ricky’s Board Shop, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Ricky’s”), and Richard S. Krieger, the Chief Executive Officer of Ricky’s (“RSK”).

This Warrant is issued to Julie Morin, an individual residing in the State of Washington (together with her permitted successors and assigns, collectively referred to herein as the “Holder”), by Ricky’s Board Shop, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), on December 8, 2006 (the "Warrant Issue Date"). This Warrant is issued pursuant to that certain Bridge Loan Agreement dated as of the Warrant Issue Date, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment A (the "Bridge Loan Agreement").
