AMENDED AND RESTATED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) of Lanx Sales, LLC (the “Company”), effective as of the 1st day of November, 2013, by Lanx, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as the sole member of the Company (the “Member”) amends and replaces in its entirety that certain Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company dated November 27, 2012.
