TRUST AGREEMENT, dated as of October 1, 2007 (this “Trust Agreement”), between DB COMMODITY SERVICES LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as managing owner (the “Managing Owner”), and WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, a Delaware banking corporation, as owner trustee (the “Owner Trustee”).
