The undersigned, a citizen of the United States, hereby subscribes for the purchase of ten thousand (10,000) shares of the common stock (the “Shares”) Global Cooling Technologies Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Corporation”), in exchange for his agreement to act as President and Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors, of the Corporation, for a term of one year beginning July 8, 2008.
