This Mutual Rescission Agreement and General Release ("Rescission Agreement") is entered into as of March 31, 2011 ("Effective Date") by and between CORE Health Care Network, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("CORE"), and MEDTECH Corporation, Inc. a Nevada corporation ("MEDTECH") and Robert D.
