This Loan and Security Agreement (this “Loan Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 20, 2009, by and between YGBFKM, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Lender”), and Total Apparel Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“TAG”), International Apparel Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“IAG”) and Active Apparel Group, Inc., a Florida corporation (“AAG”).
