This Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”), executed on September 18, 2023 with an effective date of October 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between BLUE CHIP TECHNOLOGIES CORP., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) and Gurneet Kaur (the “Executive”) (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).

THIS ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of March 20, 2023 (the “Execution Date”) by and among, first, Continental Beverage Brands Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“Buyer”), and, second, JT Technologies, a Dubai limited liability company (“JTT”) and Nitish Sharma, an individual (“Sharma”) and the sole-officer, director, and shareholder of JTT (collectively, JTT and Sharma are hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
