THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of October 6, 2010, by and between DMH International, Inc., a Nevada corporation, with an address located at 111 Ramble Lane #105, Austin, TX 78745, (the "Company") and Voltaire Gomez (the “Consultant”), an individual, with an effective date of August 10, 2010 (“Effective Date”). Each of the parties to this Agreement is individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
