This LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) of Burlington Coat Factory of Montana, LLC, dated as of June 16, 2007, is entered into by Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation, as its sole member (the “Member”).
