Reference is made to that certain Indenture, dated as of September 29, 2010 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Indenture”), by and among PINAFORE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, PINAFORE, INC., a Delaware corporation (collectively, the “Issuers”), PINAFORE HOLDINGS B.V.
